OAKS is a leadership development program that exists to develop young adults as they take their next step of courageous leadership for the advancement of the kingdom of God.
In a classroom and community setting, we will equip Interns and Residents with foundational tools, rooted in Scripture, needed for a life in ministry. We will then empower them to use those tools under the direction of their appropriate Ministry Director, resulting in the next generation of bold, fearless leaders.
